Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 40g rolled oats
- ½ tbsp ground flax seeds
- 100ml milk
- 2 tbsp plain natural or Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 handful fresh berries
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a container, leave overnight to chill.
Step 2
Top with 1 handful of fresh berries to serve.
