We recommend a lower-carbohydrate approach to food. But lower carb doesn't mean no carb.

We provide broad guidelines rather than set meal plans, which you can then adapt to your preferences and way of life. We encourage you to reduce your intake of processed foods, added sugars, and refined carbohydrates, and instead build your meals with a source of protein, healthy fats, and plenty of vegetables.
