WHY?

We recommend a lower-carbohydrate approach to food. But lower carb doesn't mean no carb.

We suggest aiming for 3 servings of high-fibre carbohydrates a day (a slice of sourdough bread would be 1 serving). Based on the science, we're confident this is the most sustainable way to eat long term.
