Baked camembert with crudites and seed crackers

Ingredients

Serves: 8

  • 1 whole camembert, in rind
  • 1 handful chopped herbs, such as rosemary or thyme
  • 1 batch seed crackers, see recipe
  • 2 large handfuls vegetable sticks or vegetable crudités

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Remove all plastic packaging from brie and return to its wooden packaging and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Alternatively, remove brie from all packaging and place into a small ovenproof dish.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for about 15-20mins, or until you notice it just starts to drip out of the packaging or in the oven-proof dish. Scatter the top with herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 4

Serve with a range of seed crackers, vegetable sticks or vegetable crudités and red grapes
