Ingredients

- 40g rolled oats
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 100ml milk
- 2 tbsp plain natural or Greek yoghurt
- 20g walnuts/pecans
Method
Step 1
Add the oats, grated carrot, and ½ of the banana to a small bowl or container and mix well, mashing the banana.
Step 2
Add the chia seeds, milk, and yoghurt, and leave in the fridge overnight to chill.
Step 3
Top with nuts and the other half of the banana, thinly sliced.
