Your plain dark chocolate just got a season makeover!
Ingredients
Serves: 12
- 200g dark chocolate (85%+)
- 30ml coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 100g almonds, crushed
- 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
Method
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or saucepan.
Step 2
Once melted, stir in the coconut oil, mint extract and 1/2 of the crushed almonds
Step 3
Line a large baking tray/tin with baking paper and pour in the mixture
Step 4
Sprinkle the top with the remaining almond flakes and sea salt let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Step 5
Break into shards and enjoy.
