Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 150ml plain natural, Greek or alternative yoghurt (thick set)
- 150ml water
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 squares dark chocolate, melted
Method
Step 1
Mix the yoghurt and water together until smooth.
Step 2
Add the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate, and continue stirring for 3mins, or until fully combined in the yoghurt mixture.
Step 3
Leave to soak for 20-30mins, or until the chia seeds have swelled and don’t have too much ‘crunch’ to them.
Step 4
Serve topped with berries for some added sweetness.
