- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground coriander
- ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp ground paprika
- 1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 wholemeal pitta breads
- 1 tomato
- 1 romaine mini lettuce head
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 4 radishes, sliced

Method
Step 1
Cover the cod fillets with the spice mix evenly.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a small, non-stick saucepan, over medium heat.
Step 3
Fry the fish fillets for 4-5mins, depending on thickness.
Step 4
Fill the pitta breads evenly with salad ingredients.
Step 5
Allow the fish to cool slightly before adding to the pitta. And enjoy!
