There's no Mounjaro pill. Tirzepatide is only available as an injection. Oral GLP-1 alternatives include the Wegovy pill and orforglipron.

Wegovy and Rybelsus are both semaglutide, but Wegovy injection is licensed for weight loss (up to 20.7%) and Rybelsus tablet only for type 2 diabetes.

The Wegovy injection produced an average weight loss of 14.9% in trials vs 13.6% for the Wegovy pill. The pill isn't yet available in the UK.
