Fiona is a registered dietitian (RD), with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Queensland and Master of Dietetics from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.

She’s both a Health Coach and our Programme Content Lead at Second Nature!

Fiona previously worked in a clinical setting at Monash Hospital in Melbourne Australia and in various locum dietetic roles across the NHS.

Her background in patient care has given her a good understanding of the realities of behaviour change and the importance of preventative healthcare.

Her role at Second Nature combines her passion for helping people to achieve their healthy lifestyle goals and a love of translating scientific research into digestible learning resources.
