Serves: 2

1kg chicken wings

10g whole wheat flour

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

2cm fresh ginger, minced

½ large orange, squeezed

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chilli paste
