Apple and cinnamon oats

Ingredients

Serves: 1

20g rolled oats

3 tbsp plain natural or Greek yoghurt

1 apple, finely sliced

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp nut butter

Method

  1. Add the oats and yoghurt to a bowl and mix together.

  2. Slice the apple and cover it with cinnamon.

  3. Place the apple and nut butter on top of the oat mixture and enjoy.
