Watermelon, mint and feta salad

800g watermelon, diced

1 large handful fresh mint, finely sliced

½ lime, juiced

150g feta, crumbled

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the feta into a large salad bowl.

  2. Top the salad with crumbled feta and enjoy.
