Ingredients

Serves: 2

1 pink lady apple

40g rolled oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

200g plain natural or Greek yoghurt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

4 tbsp water

1 large handful walnuts

1 tsp orange zest (optional)

Method

  1. Grate the apple into a mixing bowl.

  2. Add the oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, cinnamon, and water to the bowl and mix well.

  3. Split the ingredients and serve topped with walnuts and optional orange zest.
