Ingredients

40g rolled oats
300ml milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 small banana, thinly sliced
1 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 tbsp peanuts
Method
In a small, non-stick saucepan, add the oats, milk, and cocoa powder (or melted chocolate), over medium heat.
Cook for roughly 5-8mins, or until desired thickness is reached. If you prefer your porridge more liquidy, add 100ml more milk or water.
Top with sliced banana, peanut butter, and peanuts.
Second Nature special tip
If you want a slightly sweeter alternative, melt 1-2 squares of 80% dark chocolate to replace the cocoa powder, and mix into the oats just before it finishes cooking.
