Ingredients

1 pink lady apple
40g rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
200g plain natural or Greek yoghurt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp water
1 large handful walnuts
1 tsp orange zest (optional)
Method
Grate the apple into a mixing bowl.
Add the oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, cinnamon, and water to the bowl and mix well.
Split the ingredients and serve topped with walnuts and optional orange zest.
