20g rolled oats
3 tbsp plain natural or Greek yoghurt
1 apple, finely sliced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp nut butter
Add the oats and yoghurt to a bowl and mix together.
Slice the apple and cover it with cinnamon.
Place the apple and nut butter on top of the oat mixture and enjoy.
