150g 150g plain natural, Greek yoghurt, or yoghurt alternative

1 medium handful berries, fresh or frozen (defrosted)

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp 90% dark chocolate, finely chopped

1 ½ tbsp hazelnuts, roughly chopped

  1. Place the yoghurt in a bowl.

  2. Add the toppings.
