Method

  1. Wash and prep the vegetables.

  2. Place the cucumber, tomato, green pepper, red onion, olives, and dried oregano in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Dress with 3-4 tbsp of the Second Nature lemon dressing and mix gently with tongs or salad servers.

  4. Crumble the feta on top.

  5. Serve with extra dressing on the side.
