These terms explain who provides the clinical and pharmacy parts of a Second Nature medication-supported programme. They apply alongside our main terms and conditions and privacy policy.
The provider depends on the medication programme you choose. We will identify the arrangement that applies during your sign-up and treatment.
A qualified prescriber will review the information you provide and your Summary Care Record before deciding whether treatment is safe and suitable. A requested medication or dose is not guaranteed. The prescriber may ask for more information, recommend a different option, pause treatment or decide not to prescribe.
You must provide complete and accurate information, tell the clinical team about relevant changes to your health or medication, and use any prescribed treatment only as directed and only for yourself.
Prescriptions approved under these programmes are sent to Blueco Healthcare's registered pharmacy for dispensing and delivery. Blueco may contact you if it needs information to dispense your prescription safely. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of clinical, pharmacy, courier or stock requirements.
We share the information needed for clinical assessment, prescribing, dispensing and delivery with the relevant clinical provider and Blueco Healthcare. This can include your consultation answers, contact and delivery details, prescription and relevant health information. More detail is available in our privacy policy and Summary Care Record page.
For urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency. Do not wait for a reply from Second Nature or Blueco Healthcare.
If your complaint is about Foundayo prescribing or Second Nature's service, email complaints@secondnature.io. If it is about Blueco's clinical or pharmacy service, contact Blueco Healthcare using the details above. We will help route a complaint if you are unsure which organisation is responsible.
